Vendor Tally splits each Shopify order line to the vendor who owns the product, keeps an append-only commission ledger with refunds, tax, shipping and fees, and turns it into payout batches you can export for your bank or send with Stripe Connect.

• Payout readiness per line: a line is paid after the vendor's hold period and, if you want, only after it is fulfilled.
• Automatic clawback: a refund after a payout is deducted from the vendor's next payout, with the commission given back or kept, as the vendor's terms say.
• Traceable payouts: every payout lists the order lines, refunds and adjustments in it; statements show opening and closing balances.
• Per-vendor terms: percent or per-item commission, shipping to the vendor or kept, tax passed on or kept, minimum payout.
