Vendor Tally terms of use
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms apply to the Vendor Tally Shopify app ("the app"), provided by Elektraset, s.r.o. ("we", "us"). Contact: help@elektraset.com. When you install the app in your Shopify store, you accept these terms.
The service
The app allocates your Shopify order lines to your vendors, keeps a commission ledger (sales, commission, tax, shipping, refunds, fees and adjustments), prepares vendor statements and payout batches, exports them as CSV, offers a vendor portal through the Shopify app proxy, and can send payouts as Stripe Connect transfers from your own Stripe account.
Vendor Tally is a calculation and record-keeping tool. It does not hold, receive or move money by itself, and it is not a payment, escrow or tax service. You decide and approve every payout. Stripe transfers are made by Stripe from your Stripe balance, under your agreement with Stripe. You are responsible for your vendor contracts, for checking the amounts before you pay, for taxes and invoices, and for any know-your-customer duties.
Your responsibilities
- You need a Shopify store and must follow Shopify's terms.
- You set each vendor's terms (commission, shipping, tax, hold period, payout currency and exchange rate). The app calculates with the values you set and with the data Shopify supplies.
- When you connect Stripe, you are responsible for your Stripe account, its Connect setup, the connected accounts of your vendors, and keeping enough balance.
- Share vendor portal links only with the vendor they belong to; revoke a link if it was shared by mistake.
Plans and billing
- Free: up to 3 vendors and 50 vendor orders in 30 days; ledger, payout batches and CSV exports.
- Growth: 19 USD every 30 days; up to 25 vendors and 1,000 vendor orders in 30 days; vendor portal and payouts in other currencies.
- Pro: 49 USD every 30 days; up to 250 vendors and 10,000 vendor orders in 30 days; sending payouts with Stripe Connect.
The paid plans have a 14-day free trial. Shopify bills the charges through your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the app. A cancellation, or uninstalling the app, ends the subscription. Shopify's billing rules apply to refunds and prorating. Orders above your plan's limit are recorded but not posted to the ledger until you upgrade.
Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not promise it. The app reads orders of the last 60 days. We may change features with reasonable notice. We will announce price changes at least 30 days in advance through the app or by email.
Liability
To the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, payments you made to vendors, exchange-rate differences, or claims of vendors or customers.
- Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Data
Our privacy policy describes how we process data.
Ending
You can uninstall the app at any time. Export your ledger and statements first: the data of the store is deleted 48 hours after uninstalling. We may suspend access if you misuse the app or break these terms.
Law
Czech law applies. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
